Card status and activation 

Online in our Boutique GR 

• At any of the GR international establishments

• By email to monique@grinternational.ca 

• You will receive an invoice by email to make the payment. All GR international payment methods are available 

• As soon as the payment is completed the card will be activated. Active status will then be shown. Card status and activation 

• As soon as GR international receives the payment, the card is subsequently activated. The customer will receive an email including the link to follow for installation • Download to your iPhone or Android Wallet

Information needed to purchase the card 

• Full name of member • Cell phone number (can only be used once) 

• E-mail 

• For members, verify if their membership is active on www.grinternational.ca GR credit on the Advantage Card 

• GR Credits are exchangeable for any purchases / invoices on all products and services offered by GR international only 

• You can obtain GR Credits by referencing, via promotions offered by GR international and other future programs 

• You can buy GR Credits and apply them on the card of your choice. For example, a member could offer this: By making a purchase and upon presentation of the GR Advantage Card, the merchant could give $ 10 in GR Credits. The merchant can buy a GR Credits bank in advance and use it during customer purchases. He will need to send an email to monique@grinternational.ca to transfer GR Credits. 

• GR Credits are transferable to any other GR Advantage Card 

• There is no expiration date on your GR Credits 

• GR Credits cannot be used directly at merchants 

• Please note that when a member choses to leave GR international his GR Advantage Card is deactivated and all accumulated GR Credits would be lost. Accumulated GR Credits should be used or transfered to another active GR Advantage Card before cancellation. 

• If a previous GR international member wished to become a member once again, his GR Advantage Card can be reactived for free. 


Operation and use of the card 

• The owner of the GR Advantage Card must present it (from their E-Wallet) to the merchant during the transaction in order to receive the latter’s promotion or offer 

• The merchant must verify that the GR Advantage Card has the ACTIVE STATUS 

• Security elements will be added to this program such as the person’s name as well as today’s date 

• A good practice would be for the merchant to take note of the customer member’s number (12 digits) under the bar code ex: 29019023XXXX


Where to find the offers? 

• On our website https://www.grinternational.ca/offresgr/. You can search for an offer by keywords, place or sector of activity 

• Directly via all the https://www.grinternational.ca/index.php members in the person / company / keywords search tab. The merchant can have an offer without having displayed it in the section available for that. • On location there can be a display of offers 

• Note that the vast majority of our members and traders have offers, but this program is not mandatory 

• As a GR Advantage Card holder, you will receive offers and promotions by email.


Add an offer as a GR merchant 

• Simply go to www.grinternational.ca and click on “Member Login” at the top right of the website. From your member login, click on the “GR offer” tab. Then, “Add a GR offer”. These can be changed, deleted or taken offline at any time 

• You can enter as many offers as you want. You must create a version in your language. You also have the possibility of adding an offer in the second language if desired which would be visible on the French profiles 

• Category and subcategory: pay attention to mistakes 

• Type of offer: select the appropriate option 

• Value: the value of the discount or the percentage - if applicable 

• Duration of the offer: define the duration or use the calendar. You can define a long period in advance which will save you from doing regular management 

• Image: It is important to put an appropriate and selling image of your offer 

• Title: a catchy title will sell better 

• Description: compose a good description of the offer 

• URL of the online store: linked either to your shop, your website or even your Facebook page 

• Restriction: be clear in your restrictions 

• Keywords: think of keywords that people will use in their research (ex: nightlife, casino, Gatineau, etc.)
